Job description

In your day to day work as Projectmanager offshore you:

  • Are responsible for the preparation and support of UXO Clearance projects within the Benelux and the Netherlands
  • Provide a complete technical support concerning preparation and ongoing projects
  • Are the point of contact for clients and know that being service oriented is crucial for a successful completion of a project
  • Oversee that work is being done according to planning, budget and to the full satisfaction of the client
  • Intervene timely to prevent possible problems
  • Work on tender documents and tend to all technical documentation for executing projects
  • Cooperate with your team to convert a client’s wishes to a (turn-key) solution
  • Support colleagues concerning technical advise and work independently on drawing operations
  • Are responsible for the execution of all engineering activities, taking all influencing factors into account
  • Determine work methodologies; civil engineering based and UXO based
  • Compose project plans and work methods
  • Compose maintainance and operational regulations and offer support where needed
  • Maintain relations with suppliers
  • Compose risk assessments

Job requirements

  • You have a Bsc/Msc in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • You have at least three years of experience working as Project Manager in the offshore sector
  • You possess leadership skills and a commercial work ethic
  • You master the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken
  • You have experience with 2D and 3D drawing software (Autocad, SolidWorks or Inventor)
  • You think in terms of opportunities and challenges exite you
  • You’re verbally strong, decisive and result-oriented
  • You focus on cooperation with clients and colleagues
  • You have a driving license (B)
  • You live nearby
